The Treasurer is the chief financial officer of the District, and as such, it is my responsibility to oversee the annual budget and appropriations, depositing of funds, purchasing, processing of payroll, monitoring of fixed assets, investing, and financial reporting, all under the rules and regulations established by the State of Ohio in Ohio Revised Code.

Prior to joining the district, I served as both a field auditor and as an audit manager for the Ohio Auditor of State's Office for over 16 years, and prior to that, I worked 5 years as Assistant Controller for First Federal Savings Bank in Washington Court House Ohio.
