The annual Summer Career Academy is a free opportunity for students in Brown County who will be in 9th and 10th grades during the 2022-2023 school year. Hosted at Southern Hills Career & Technical Center in Georgetown, the academy will be held this year from Tuesday, May 31 through Friday, June 3. The academy will offer 12 different career experiences. Each student will choose their top 4 course choices to ensure they participate in one that interests them.

RULH Schools will be providing a pep bus for the varsity boys' district championship game against Botkins on Tuesday, March 1 at University of Dayton Arena. Any students in grades 7-12 interested in attending the game, must sign up and bring $8.00 to the office by noon on Tuesday, March 1. Students riding the pep bus need to be at the high school by 4:00 PM. The bus will depart at 4:15 PM. 7th and 8th grade students will be transported to the high school to wait on the pep bus. Pizza will be provided for students in the high school lecture hall while they wait for the pep bus to depart.
University of Dayton Arena is 100% cashless. Anyone going to the game will need to use a credit/debit card to make purchases. As such, students riding the pep bus will need a credit, debit, or gift card to make purchases at the concession stand because the bus will not be stopping on the way home.

To align with the recently updated quarantine and isolation guidance released by the CDC, the Ohio Department of Health has updated its guidance following an exposure to someone with COVID-19. ODH has also updated K-12 school quarantine guidance including “mask to stay” and “test to play” timelines.
