RULH FCCLA Brings Home the Gold and Two Events are National Qualifiers!
Congratulations to the following students for there hard work and achievement. 5 teams competed in 5 different events at the Ohio FCCLA State Leadership and Career Event Competition on April 27th 2017, in Columbus, Ohio and all teams received a Gold rating which is very difficult to achieve.
Teams included Food Innovation-Katelynn Miller, Destini Stewart, Charisma Lee; Interpersonal Communications-Grace Mitchell, Haylee King, Carlee Daulton; Illustrated Talk-Andrea Preston; National Programs-Brianna Philips; Fashion Design-Shelby Smith. RULH FCCLA not only brought home the Gold but also had two events place to go on to National Competition in Nashville in July. Congratulations to Shelby Smith who received over all second in her event Fashion Design and Brianna Phillips received 1st place over all in her event National Programs. These two students will be traveling to Nashville, Tennessee to compete at the national level in July.
