The RULH Board of Education has hired Mrs. Emily Wallingford Marshall as the new RULH Elementary Principal. Mrs. Marshall is a highly qualified leader who has 17 years experience in the field of education. She worked in the Mason County (KY) School District for ten years as an elementary teacher and curriculum resource teacher and served as an elementary assistant principal for seven years in the Lewis County (KY) School District. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and Masters Degree in Instructional Leadership from Morehead State University.
