CPR training and certification is a lifesaving tool. Each year hundreds of thousands of individuals experience cardiac arrest. Knowing what to do if you see someone collapse, lose consciousness, and stop breathing can save a life. RULH HS students in Mrs. Rau’s Personal Wellness class learned the process of CPR under the guidance of RULH school nurse Elaine Manning. With 85 percent of cardiac arrest cases occurring at home, students can now perform this life saving technique on a family member or friend.
