Region 3 President and RULH FCCLA Chapter President Haylee King recently attended Capitol Leadership training in Washington, D.C. The purpose of Capitol Leadership training is for today’s youth leaders to visit members of Congress. These visits and meetings between youth leaders and politicians aims to show senators and representatives the impact federal policies and laws have on our local schools and communities and gives youth an opportunity to explain all of the positive things that are happening in our schools and throughout Career and Technical Education, Family and Consumer Sciences, and FCCLA.
